Organization

As specified by bylaws, the association is governed by elected officers and board of directors. Officers are elected annually and board members are elected for 2 year terms with elections held during our June general meeting.

Most association actions may be managed by the board directly. The general meeting provides a means for the whole association to act on items of interest and provides a great opportunity to meet your neighbors.

Committees

Several standing committees perform much of the work required by the association and are staffed by volunteers.

Committees include:
Architectural Control
Budget, Finance, and Insurance
Roads Development and Maintenance

About the Area

Our neighborhood is named after the small rolling hills on which we’re located with access to 640 acres of open space to the South through our equestian easement. Remnants of a past homestead and a scout ranch are within and nearby the association area.

See the East Mountain Historical Society for more information regarding 1300 years of settlement history.
