Homeowners Association
EDGEWOOD, NM
The Los Cerritos neighborhood is located 20 miles East of Albuquerque in the high desert. It was developed in the mid 90’s and is home to about 100 families. It is a quiet part of the state, with beautiful views and good people.
The homeowner’s association is chartered with maintaining our roads and general neighborhood conditions according to a set of restrictive covenants.
Organization
As specified by bylaws, the association is governed by elected officers and board of directors. Officers are elected annually and board members are elected for 2 year terms with elections held during our June general meeting.
Most association actions may be managed by the board directly. The general meeting provides a means for the whole association to act on items of interest and provides a great opportunity to meet your neighbors.

About the Area
Our neighborhood is named after the small rolling hills on which we’re located with access to 640 acres of open space to the South through our equestian easement. Remnants of a past homestead and a scout ranch are within and nearby the association area.
